How long will it take to ship my sign?

Orders placed before 1pm Eastern Time ship the same day. Product is shipped direct from our factory located in Garden City Park, New York.

Shipment time can be estimated in this UPS ground chart.

Can you ship to Canada?

We can but need to provide a shipping bid by email, use our contact form. Please note that the Roadside can not ship to Canada due to it’s size. Many Canadian customers ship to a border UPS store and pick up their signs.

Our On The Step product line provides online shipping estimates to Canada.

Can I return a product?

Yes you can, you must contact us for a Return Authorization and instructions. If returned to the factory there will be a 20% restocking fee and you will be charged for outbound shipping.

What if the sign arrives and the package is damaged?

Contact UPS and contact us right away. In most cases they will ship the sign back to the factory, and we will replace the sign. We may ask for pictures. Do not refuse the sign, sometimes the fastest way to resolve the problem is for us to send you new parts. Contact us first.

What if I get the wrong sign.

If it is our error we will replace it at no charge. Contact us right away.

What if a part breaks or I am missing a part?

In most cases we can send replacement parts contact us so we send the right one.
